* Please note session fees are non refundable or transferrable. Mini sessions cannot be rescheduled.
Once you select your date and pay the session fee we'll have you sign our photography contract! Then you’ll receive all sorts of information to help prepare you for your shoot. Our studio crew is always happy to answer any questions so feel free to email, text or call us during studio hours!
We’ll meet at the decided location. Please account for traffic and parking. Tell your kids that they will be having lots of fun with Caroline. Do come early to acclimate your kids to the location. Expect lots of fun and laughter.
The Process

After your session, we'll be working on editing all your images and getting them ready for you to view. You can expect to receive an email from us about one week later with your gallery. From the gallery you will be able to choose your 5 favorite images included with your session. This is everyone's favorite part! If you want to order more images you have the option to do that from your gallery or over the phone or email with us!
We photograph a very limited number of holiday mini sessions a year, and they book quickly so don't miss out!

After receiving your gallery we are available to help you hand select and design any additional products or images you would like to invest in, including albums, wall collections and digital files. Our products are meant to help you continue to celebrate your family as life changes over time.

I have been photographing families for almost two decades and I have enjoyed every second of it. Documenting happy families having fun is my passion. My portrait work is all about my mood: light, fresh and inspired by kids, childhood, and the creative nature of kids and play. My style is modern, clean, and journalistic.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Fashion inspired, editorial, light and fine art. Caroline is influenced by fashion photography and is constantly fine tuning her craft and style to reflect the trends of today. She wants all her clients to look and feel like they just stepped out of a fashion magazine!
WHAT IF I HAVE MORE THAN 4 PEOPLE?
15 minutes is sufficient just for 4 people, so if you do have more than 4 people, please book two consecutive sessions. If you want to add a 5th family member we can do that for $20.
WHEN WILL I GET MY PHOTOS?
About one week after your session, we will have a gallery of 15 images for you to look through and choose from. We'll be sending the gallery to your email so keep an eye out for it. Galleries are only open for 1 week after they are sent.
WILL YOU BE EDITING MY PHOTOS?
We will hand edit and retouch every final photo personally so that you will only have the very best finished portraits.If you need any advanced edits after you receive your gallery that is available for $50 per image. Most clients love the photos with the original edits, and don't see a need for advanced editing, so we recommend you view the photos first, before deciding on adding extra editing to your package.
WHAT IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
Sessions are nonrefundable and cannot be transferred to a different session. We will do our best to find you a spot for our other mini session dates/location but session may not be held for the following year.

First off, congratulations in deciding on pampering yourself with a family portrait experience! We love that you are celebrating your family and want to be a part of it! Schedule your session online and we will handle the rest.
HOW SHOULD I BOOK A SESSION?
Schedule your mini session online. We will send you an online contract to your email after that!
WHY GO WITH A PORTRAIT STUDIO?
That’s a great question! Our response: Since we love family portraits, this means when you visit our portrait studio, you’re receiving care and attention from professionals focused solely on capturing all that’s gorgeously and gloriously you.
WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Once you book a session with us we'll send you emails with our helpful prep guides and pinterest boards for inspiration!
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We obsessively check the weather several days before the mini session. If it looks like there is a good chance of rain, we will contact you to reschedule the sessions.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Once you are ready, schedule online to book your session. Next, we will reach out by email to have you sign our online contract. Once you sign that, we will start sending you help prep guides so you can start planning. And then it’s the big day and we’ll jump right in to your portrait session!
WHAT IF I WANT MORE THAN 5 DIGITAL IMAGES?
Our mini sessions include 5 high resolution digital files of your choice but let's be real, you'll probably want more! Additional images are available to purchase for $65 each, 3 for $150 or all for $450.
WHAT HAPPENS TO MY IMAGES AFTER MY ONLINE GALLERY EXPIRES IN 1 WEEK?
All client galleries will be purged and images will be archived to make way for new clients. There will be a $100 fee to pull any galleries out of our archives and reopen for one week.
