HOW DO YOU DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
Fashion inspired, editorial, light and fine art. Caroline is influenced by fashion photography and is constantly fine tuning her craft and style to reflect the trends of today. She wants all her clients to look and feel like they just stepped out of a fashion magazine!

HOW DO I VIEW MY PHOTOS?
After your session, we will be inviting you back to our Sacramento studio for a complementary in person viewing of your photos. This will also be your product ordering sales session where you can select your products privately. All decisions and purchases must be made during this session. We will be working together to select your absolute best from your shoot and the perfect products to showcase your portraits.

MAY I PURCHASE THE DIGITAL FILES OF MY PHOTOS?
For sure! We’re happy to offer different products and collections to meet your needs, and some of them include digital images for your own use. Digital files are available for additional purchase. Any images you get in a digital format are for digital use only. Any prints you would like do have to be ordered through us. We take great pride in our work and want you to have beautifully displayed images that have been professionally printed.

WILL YOU BE EDITING MY PHOTOS?
Caroline will hand edit and retouch every final photo personally so that you will only have the very best finished portraits. Your selected photos will be available to view and order by the time you join us in the studio for your complimentary viewing and ordering session. If you want advanced editing on more photos, such as skin softening and head swaps, that can be done for $40 per edit, per image. Certain edits may need to be outsourced and we will provide a custom quote for those. Most clients love the photos with the original edits, and don't see a need for advanced editing, so we recommend you view the photos first, before deciding on adding extra editing to your package.

HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I GET TO SEE?
We curate your photographs only to deliver the best ones to you. Each photograph is individually edited and we hand select only the best one to make it to the final selection. Our motto here is quality not quantity. Caroline delivers on average about 10-12 photographs for a Groupon Session. All of our clients trust Caroline with her expert choices and appreciate that they only get to see the best photographs and is not overwhelmed by redundancy or unflattering photographs. 

CAN I PURCHASE AN ALBUM FOR MY FAMILY? 
Absolutely and in fact our albums is a popular choice for our clients.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY SESSION?
Because we meticulously craft each order specifically to our clients, photographs, albums and other products typically require 6 weeks for delivery from the date of your session. Be sure to book with this in mind and allow plenty of time based on your needs.

Keep in mind that special holidays such Christmas are especially popular and are our busiest times of the year. For this reason, sessions might be booked up months in advance and we recommend scheduling your session at least 10-12 weeks in advance.

WILL YOU POST MY PHOTOS ONLINE?
Many of our clients are so thrilled with their photographs, they’re proud to display their session portraits online; we’re just tickled pink to be a part of that experience. 

SHOULD I GET PROFESSIONAL DONE HAIR AND MAKE UP?
We strongly suggest professional make up and hair for mama's. Make up for photography is specialized and will do wonders for your session and self confidence. Plus, why not pamper yourself? You deserve it!

DO YOU PROVIDE HAIR AND MAKEUP?
Yes! While each woman is naturally beautiful, we also know there’s nothing like being spoiled with pampering, primping and a little professional preparation so you feel your most glam! For this reason, we only work with the best local makeup and hair artists to make sure you look (and feel) sickening (in a good way).

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY IMAGES AFTER MY ONLINE GALLERY EXPIRES IN 1 WEEK?
All client galleries will be purged and images will be archived to make way for new clients. There will be a $100 fee to pull any galleries out of our archives.

WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
Jump on our Pinterest and you will see all sorts of ideas. Come with 2 to 3 outfits and bags of accessories, shoes, clothes, props and costumes and I will take care of the rest!

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?
Once you are ready contact us and Donna, our client concierge, will schedule your session. We will then send you a questionnaire and guides for getting yourself prepared with tips that include outfits, styling and even the nitty, gritty. And then it’s the big day and we’ll jump right in to your portrait session!

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH ON WEEKENDS?
Caroline shoots sessions Monday through Friday. As a wedding photographer, she has to reserve weekends for weddings, and do not typically offer portrait sessions on the weekends. Most shoots happen during the daytime, but she tries to keep some evening options available during the summer for those who need that.  Please keep in mind that since we are a natural light studio, our shooting times are limited by daylight times and availability and will change throughout the year.

WHAT’S YOUR MOST POPULAR COLLECTION?
We find our clients purchase our 10×10 luxury album album, a wall gallery of photos and a USB jump drive of all session images.

WHAT DOES YOUR PRODUCT COLLECTION START AT?
Our product collection starts at $400 for a beautiful 6x6 album with 10 of your session images. Please contact our studio for a more detailed pricing menu. Convenient payment plans are also available for all our of clients and is an easy solution for our clients. 

WHAT DOES YOUR CLIENT TYPICALLY SPEND?
Our client typically choose to invest about $600 on their product collection while our most satisfied clients will invest about $1400 on their product collection that includes a 10x10 luxury album, a USB of all their session images and a canvas print of their favorite session image to display in the privacy of their own home. 

WHAT IS THE COMPLIMENTARY IN PERSON VIEWING AND PRODUCT ORDERING SALES SESSION?
Once Caroline is done editing your session images 2-4 weeks after your session, Donna will be contacting you to schedule your complimentary in person viewing and product ordering session. During this session, we will be showing you all your session images and your album design which has been custom designed by Caroline to reflect the beauty of your session. At this point, we will also be selecting your favorite images and deciding on your product choices. We will work hand in hand with you to decide what will be the best product for you as well as make any album edits or requests you might have.

Please keep in mind that all product purchases must be made during the ordering sales session. For this reason, we recommend that all decision makers be present during the viewing and product ordering session. We also offer a convenient payment plan for all our clients to make the process easier.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ORDER AFTER THE ORDERING SALES SESSION?
Unfortunately your product purchases must be made during the ordering sales session. Any additional products can only be made within 1 week before the gallery is archived.

HOW LONG AFTER THE SESSION WILL I BE ABLE TO VIEW MY PHOTOS?
Caroline typically takes 2-3 weeks to edit your session images. At that point, we will schedule your complementary in person viewing and product ordering sales session.

WHAT DO I RECEIVE FROM MY SESSION?
For more detailed information, please refer to your Groupon or Living Social package to see what you will receive as part of your session. Additionally, all sessions will also include: an online gallery for 1 week and a complementary in person viewing of your photos which will also be product ordering sales session.
